The story of Casa Nuova is the story of Antonio and Maria. Antonio?s journey begins in Cuba leaving days before the blockade and ultimately landing in Little Italy in NYC. Antonio quickly rose through the apprentice system becoming a master baker and chef. Maria?s family immigrated from Cuba to Chicago in 1966 opening their own family restaurant. Fate brought the two together in Atlanta on a blind date.
