Paul’s famous pies have been making mouths water since 1984, when Paul Lubertazzi decided to quit his day job and open his own restaurant and catering business on the historic Marietta Square. For over twenty years, patrons came for the gourmet salads and sandwiches, but stayed for the pie! Customers loved the chicken pot pie so much, they frequently requested whole pies to take home. By 2011 his pies became the driving force for his business’ growth, so Paul decided to focus on what he does best.
